Spinach (Bloomsdale) - Beautifully savoyed dark green leaves. Early, extremely slow to bolt and very tolerant of hot weather. Heirloom. 44 days.
Squash, Summer (Straightneck) - Attractive, lemon yellow fruits that taper towards the stem end. Vigorous, leafy, bushy plants produce heavily. 42 days.
Squash, Summer (Yellow Scallop) - scalloped squash with bright yellow color, tender texture, buttery flavor and great productivity. Compact open habit for easy picking. Pick young when fruits are 2-3" across for ideal tenderness and flavor. 50 days
Squash, Winter (Buttercup) - Turban-shaped winter squash that is 8” long and averages 3 lbs. Golden-yellow flesh is dry and sweet in a thin, dark-green, white-lined rind, flecked with gray. Delicious baked or for pies. 98 days.
Squash, Winter (Butternut) - Large, bottle-shaped fruits, light-tan skin, small seed cavities and thick cylindrical necks. Fruits contain deep-orange, thick flesh with a sweet, nutty flavor. 105 days.
Squash, Winter (Spaghetti) - Fruits are pale yellow, oblong, 9-in. across and weigh 2 to 3 lbs. Pale yellow flesh breaks up into spaghetti-like strands when boiled. Heavy yields from long vines. 95 days.
Swiss Chard (Fordhook) - Broad white stems are topped with deeply savoyed, tender, dark, glossy-green leaves. Plants average 25” tall. Heirloom. 58 days.
Tomato (Green Zebra) - Determinate. Stunning olive-yellow fruits, 2" across and weighing 3 oz., wear deep-green zebra stripes, with light green flesh that is sweet yet tangy. 77 days.
Tomato (Siberian) - Determinate. Russian variety sets fruits on vigorous, bushy plants. Fruits average 3 to 5 oz. in large clusters. Heirloom. 48 days.
Tomato (Beefsteak) - Indeterminate. Features extra large, meaty and ribbed deep-scarlet fruit. Nearly seedless, solid and meaty. Somewhat ribbed. 80 days.
Tomato (Red Pear) - Indeterminate. Pear shaped, bright red 2" fruits with a “garden candy” sweet taste and few seeds. Heirloom. 70 days.
Turnip (Purple Top) - Large, white roots that have purple shoulders and a small taproot. Mild white flesh is best if picked when 3” across. Features crisp flavor and sturdy tops. Heirloom. 55 days.
Zucchini (Black Beauty) - Blocky, smoothly bulbed green fruits with open plant habit. Fruit should be picked when 6 1/2”-7” long. 56 days.
